13/08/2020 | Jonny | 9 | Very clear, concise assessment of my injury and explanation of why it happened and how we are going to treat it. Professional and friendly! |
08/07/2020 | Sophie Smith | 10 | Purple Physio has been fantastic at diagnosing me and giving me a suitable course of treatment after a bad knee injury. For nearly all of sessions, this was using Zoom, due to the coronavirus lockdown, but this didn’t matter and Damian was excellent at keeping in touch and managing to show me new exercises over video call. I was really impressed with the level of care shown and felt it was tailored to me. |
08/07/2020 | cinzia molinari | 10 | Fully satisfied with Purple Physio, from booking the sessions to the locations available and the facilities, the knowledge of the therapist and the good results I achieved thanks to his help. My last sessions were done via ZOOM and I still managed to get good results from those. |
17/02/2020 | Hassan Salim | 9 | N/A |
14/02/2020 | Richard Barber | 9 | An excellent service all round.
Very efficient- always on time and a very good and knowledgeable physio (Pedro) |
14/02/2020 | Charlotte | 7 | My two sessions so far have been great, but they have been less than the designated (and paid for) half an hour, and more like 20-25 minutes. |
14/02/2020 | chris | 9 | very pleased with all round service, treatment and approach |
20/12/2019 | Sim R. | 10 | Pedro is professional, compassionate and kind. He is determined to improve the outcomes of his clients, and truly cares about their well being and health. Both my partner and I are pleased with his treatment plan and support of us, and we highly recommended him! |
08/11/2019 | Stephanie | 10 | super well explained. |
25/10/2019 | P Tailor | 1 | A proper assessment of my issues were not undertaken. Physio had no real understanding of MY musculoskeletal structure and what was causing the pain. His diagnosis was wrong and exercises were those I had tried and didn’t help. Was a waste of time and told my insurance company. Switched to Nuffield Health and am better looked after. |
24/10/2019 | Sabrina Boudrama | 10 | The clinic I visited was the one on Southwark road. Magda was great , made me feel at ease straight away. She’s very nice, professional and attentive and listen to everything. She clearly knew what she was doing. Would absolutely recommend her! Looking forward working on my knee with her help. |
24/10/2019 | Tracy | 10 | I feel very comfortable with Damian, he really knows his craft and is making me feel very positive about my injury and i have noticed a difference only after 2 sessions. I am very happy with the treatment and advice i am being given. Thank you. |
28/08/2019 | Chris Kaminski | 7 | The physiotherapist was very clear about what was actually going on in my knees and why it was causing the symptoms I had. The scheduling was particularly painless as well — he was able to do so from a tablet right during the appointment. |
25/08/2019 | Monramz | 8 | Direct number to call on weekend appointments. |
23/08/2019 | Martin | 10 | Thorough,professional,friendly & informative. |
23/08/2019 | Emily | 2 | I came to the physio as a matter of urgency due to neck spasm and the inability to rotate my head without pain. I managed to get an appointment with Elad but wish I had not bothered. I didn’t receive any hands of manipulation of the affected area, and the sports tape placed on the top of my shoulder wasn’t even positioned in a way that pulled the skin or muscle to help alleviate my pain. It was literally stuck on my skin doing nothing – much like a plaster. I left feeling frustrated and still pained – a very light massage to my shoulder was the only treatment received and I quite frankly had already been doing this myself! I will be self-treating in order to recover and the suggested follow-up appointment is completely unnecessary as I can already tell it will be a waste of time. Very disappointed. |
23/08/2019 | Kim | 10 | My physiotherapist Damian is excellent. He really listens and and ensures he gets to the route of the problem. He makes you feel at ease and I am happy that by the end of my course of treatment, i am fully recovered from having lower back pain. |
23/08/2019 | Sara A | 10 | I went with an injury at my lower back and Damian not only help me to release the pain but also taught me how to improve my posture and movements trough exercises to prevent future injuries reinforcing the muscles on the affected area. Thank you! |
22/06/2019 | Mr. Ricardo B | 9 | I found the reception and delivery of the service to be excellent.. I was placed at ease and Damian was very communicative and professionally confident. |
21/06/2019 | Sarah Gillott | 10 | The 6 physio group who house the purple physics, aren’t able to make follow up appointments and my phone is unable to phone purple physio, so it makes it tricky. |
21/06/2019 | André Ferreira | 10 | Pedro Toscana is a really good professional |
14/05/2019 | Alicia | 1 | Not happy with physio. Do not feel like my pain was taken seriously. Ended up being referred to a spinal specialist admitted to hospital and had and an epidural injection into my spine. Physio just kept telling me ‘the pain will go’ I don’t feel like anything was achieved in sessions except for my serious issue totally missed |
13/05/2019 | Rayhaneh | 10 | Pedro is wonderful |
13/05/2019 | Sandra Hope | 10 | I have been very impressed with the high quality of care and treatment received with swift identification of the specific exercises/massage techniques needed to target and relieve my symptoms. |
13/05/2019 | Adam | 10 | I saw Pedro who is a great physio and provided good treatment for my wrist injury. He was attentive to my concerns and always very professional. I’d recommend you visit Pedro for any Musculoskeletal injuries. |
28/03/2019 | Ivan Donovan | 10 | Always very friendly and he and helpful |
28/03/2019 | Sarah | 10 | Pedro has been a delight to work with on my recover from a knee injury. He is very professional and thoroughly explains the science behind everything that we do. I feel my programme has been specifically tailored to me, taking into consideration the gym work I currently do as well as my lifestyle. I would strongly recommend him to others . |
04/03/2019 | Michelle Hanmer | 10 | Venue very convenient if you work in the City. Promptly received and physiotherapist very welcoming. |
01/03/2019 | Martin Eyres | All fine practical advice
14/02/2019 | Joe Riley | 10 | Superb physio and very professional |
01/02/2019 | JamieM | 5 | First visit. Taping was very useful but tape cheap (hand cut) compared to other physios I have been to and consequently came off within 24 hours, so not all that useful. |
01/02/2019 | Neil Stevens | 10 | My Physiotherapist Pedro is a great communicator and goes beyond what I would expect to ensure a caring and rewarding experience. His techniques are exceptional |
01/02/2019 | Tommy Breen | 10 | No, Pedro has been incredibly helpful and super effective. |
01/02/2019 | Fra | 10 | Pedro is really accurate in analysing the problem and developing a treatment plan. the exercises he assigns to me fit well with my busy day and I believe they will enter soon in my daily routine. After one session I feel already better. |
01/02/2019 | r kramer | 2 | physio was too junior -lacked experience and knowledge to help me. sadly its what my insurance -paid for |
07/01/2019 | Richard Beswick | 10 | Damian truly has healing hands. |
07/01/2019 | Jamie | 2 | Felt like it was not looking to treat the problem and the treatment I was given was basic and not worth paying for. Went elsewhere and noticed a significant difference. |
03/12/2018 | Roberto Lampl | 10 | The physio communicated clearly and understood my problem. The session provided good results from treatment to exercises received. |
05/11/2018 | Inna Faizulina | 10 | Damian is very conscientious, and seems genuinely wanting to help |
02/11/2018 | Brent | 10 | Pedro was great and I would recommend him to anyone requiring a physio |
30/10/2018 | kewal | 10 | Great service would definitely recommend. |
17/09/2018 | Dean Keyworth | 9 | You managed to find an appointment for me within 24 hours and Pedro fitted in some treatment before I was due to take a long flight, which saved me a lot of pain |
16/09/2018 | Bach-Yen Dang | 10 | My treatment is not complete as the pain and discomfort has moved to the other foot. |
31/08/2018 | Simon Devereux | 10 | Pedro has been an incredible physio since my knee operation and has played a huge part in my speedy recovery! |
21/08/2018 | dissatified patient | 4 | A 30 minutes treatment should be just that not 10 minutes chat, 10 minutes treatment and then another 10 minutes chat |
21/08/2018 | Heok Ngee Ch’Ng | 4 | There were two occasions my appointment has been cancelled in last minute. First cancellation was told by you that glitch of the booking system. Second was the physio fall sick. I appreciated the reason was given when I actually at the clinic. I have very tight schedule as you do. I would expect a) you always has a backup physio to attend to a patient instead of ask the patient come at next time. B) you have a term and condition that patient’s cancellation less than 24 hours are subjected to a charge of £45. How about if you instead missed an appointment would you pay me 2x £45 in this case? Your term is just for covering yourself, this is misleading. I wish you remove it if you are not preparing to pay me £90. Or rephrase it as you did it to me by saying, ‘if you are missing an appointment we expect you apologise to us sincerely ‘ That would make it a fair term and condition, I think this is a very good idea, what do you think? |
21/08/2018 | Ricky | 9 | Very happy with the treatment I have received |
21/08/2018 | Nick | 6 | You need air conditioning to score better. |
21/08/2018 | Lindsey Keane | 10 | Damian Holeksa is such a lovely person. Always wants to help and is dedicated to your recovery. He even goes above and beyond, spending longer with my treatment to make sure that I am comfortable before I leave.
I am extremely happy with Purple Physio |
21/08/2018 | Rebecca | 10 | I felt that Pero is extremely knowledgable and professional, his understanding of my surgery and the ability to explain it to me was first class. |
21/08/2018 | Naomi Hall | 10 | Damian is great. He is patient with me when I struggle with the exercises and has a sense of humour which helps when I fling resistance bands into my face. My stubborn back/neck injury is gradually improving thanks to his help and I am looking forward to getting back to full fitness! |
30/07/2018 | Mick | 8 | Happy with my progressive treatment .
Thanks Pedro |
27/07/2018 | Natalie Simpson | 10 | Damien was fantastic, the combination of the physio sessions and the exercises he prescribed have definitely assisted in getting my knee back into a decent state. London Marathon here we come! |
27/07/2018 | Adam R | 8 | My therapist Pedro has been very thorough and has steered a particular course to remedy the problems I’ve had with my neck. I have rarely experienced such a knowledgeable practitioner (and I’ve had a few over the years). My only complaint is that communication has generally been poor, emails being sent to an incorrect address not helping! I also feel uneasy not knowing comfortably in advance whether my insurer will cover what is still necessary treatment. |
26/07/2018 | Joe | 10 | It’s a bit unclear how you’re related to Six Physio unless you get somebody to explain. Almost seems a bit shady at first, how you’re sharing their offices! Great treatment anyway. |
26/07/2018 | Jeremy | 8 | Damien is a very concerned and thorough physio. He makes sure his diagnosis is holistic and takes account of how the symptoms might have deeper causes. Very professional! |
26/07/2018 | Katy P | 10 | I’m really happy with the service and treatment provided by John Fairhurst. After several sessions my symptoms have improved significantly – many thanks. |
26/06/2018 | Simona Tetradeva | 10 | My physiotherapist Pedro Toscano was absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgable, patient and professional. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The massages and exercises he gave me really help improve my injury and I feel much better now. I’m really grateful to Pedro. |
23/05/2018 | Anon Ymous | 6 | The availability of appts is not great and often inconvenient, I didnt feel the initial sessions really tried to address the issue (improved now) and communication on appts, exercises and opening hrs was unclear. |
23/05/2018 | Josh | 9 | Very communicative process so far-follow up treatment emails are useful reminders. John has been friendly and efficient. I’ve had no cause for complaint yet. |
20/04/2018 | Camilla Nelson | 9 | Very friendly and professional staff and convenient location just off High Street Kensington. Lots of practical reasonable advice about exercises and the follow up emails and texts are all very efficient and useful. |
20/04/2018 | Adam Windley | 9 | Davide has been really good. The pain has drastically reduced and I am really happy with the treatment recieved |
19/04/2018 | Philippa Lander | 2 | The physio I saw did not massage or real working out of where my problem was, just talked for the majority of the time, and stretched each of my arms for 5 seconds. They only checked my reflexes after I pushed and said I was worried about nerve damage. I got a second opinion, I was told I was given the wrong exercises to do, what I had been advised by your physio to do would not help my issue. I also received a lot of massage to release the issue in my arm and shoulder. The 2nd physio also explained to me exactly what was going on in my body which your physio failed to do. |
19/04/2018 | Gavin Hilton | 10 | I feel in very, very safe hands. I’ve gone from crying with pain to just being in pain and it’s thanks to you guys. |
06/04/2018 | Louis | 9 | I worked with Enrico Manera over several months to overcome a resurgence of L5S1 pain with a view to avoiding surgery. So far, so good.
Both in terms of the overall plan and individual PT sessions, his instructions and advice were clear and direct and the program has moved me out of constant pain to a place where I can look forward to playing sport again. He suggested a scan and a brace (I did both) to understand the problem and allow me to continue working. Solid. |
03/04/2018 | Carrie Ann Smith | 0 | Unfortunately this was the worst physio experience I have ever had.
I had a foot injury which came on while training for the London marathon. The initial consultation was so poor and rushed. I was told “it could be anything” and so I was sent away with some foot strapping and a very unhelpful comment “is it so bad if you have walk the marathon”. To add to the frustration, the foot strapping was so incredibly tight I woke up during the night in agony. Thankfully I was able to get an appointment at a very professional physiotherapists the following day. I have received great treatment and advice and I am back on track for running the marathon. Based on my experience I would advise all to stay clear of purple Physio. |
03/04/2018 | Gideon Kaldezar | 10 | Giovanni was very informative and friendly. Would definitely use again but hoping I will stay injury free |
03/04/2018 | Tobias Dawes | 10 | I have never had a better Physio! She’s amazing and really helping my recovery. Thanks |
05/03/2018 | D Murray | 10 | Enrico Manera has been incredible! I was unfortunate enough to have two injuries in quick succession and wish I had been to see Enrico sooner. I was back floating football with confidence in not time. Also not only great at what he does and helping me get better but a pleasure to spend 30 minutes with! I will not work with another physio again after meeting Enrico! |
14/02/2018 | Kevin Birmingham | 9 | I was extremely impressed by my physiotherapist Giovanni. As a clinician it was easy for me to see that he had many years of experience and that put me right at ease. He explained everything so well and would highly recommend him. |
14/02/2018 | COB | 7 | Longer sessions |
14/02/2018 | Federico | 6 | Just one person per office (i.e. Kings Road or Kensington) is not sufficient. Need more than one |
14/02/2018 | Bonnie | 8 | The physio is good but with appointments being only 30 minutes at a time (not sure if this is a vitality requirement), it makes them feel really rushed and only really getting to the crux of the matter before having to head out again. the initial introductory appointment seems like the same Q&A session from the health insurance before they agree to the physio so it feels like perhaps we could have that session and then possibly the first bit of treatment. (Thought that may also be an insurance paperwork requirement) I think a 45min app would be far more appropriate and achieve more then having more short sessions. However, Gianni has been very thorough and I did feel a marked difference after only 2 sessions with him. |
14/02/2018 | Nunzia Di Cesare | 10 | I have nothing to suggest. everything is perfect for me. thanks a lot |
23/01/2018 | SAJ | 9 | The exercises emailed often don’t match what I was shown in clinic or do not adequately explain or demonstrate them. |
18/01/2018 | esen | 9 | none atm |
20/12/2017 | Farahr | 7 | I like the way every appointment and exercises are sent via email as soon as booked. Very good communications, thanks. |
20/12/2017 | Simon Prince | 9 | Really impressed with how hard Camille works, was getting emails with a plan from her very late at night. She deserves praise. Only reason why I’m not giving a 10 is because I never think anything is perfect! 9 is high praise from me. |
20/12/2017 | Betty | 10 | Camille is a wonderful physio – I would visit again without hesitation |
24/11/2017 | Lesia Fisher | 10 | I was impressed as had to be seen in between appointments as pain was bad .I had good communication with Enriqo who highlighted my concerns to Megan on reception to ring me asap and fit me I. Quickly very impressed . |
16/11/2017 | Paul Blair | 10 | Well situated, great physios/staff and a good atmosphere to exercise in. |
05/10/2017 | alum | 8 | Sarah was ace! |
16/08/2017 | TB | 2 | I”m disappointed that you have so few physiotherapists working for you. I was told there was 1 physio working at the parsons Green clinic on 2 days a week. It took me weeks before I had my first appointment which was eventually carried out by a physiotherapist from Six Physio. I may have seen a physio quicker through the NHS. |
16/08/2017 | Jenni | 7 | Struggled with communication when not in face to face |
16/08/2017 | Stephen | 10 | I feel better than when I first went in. I believe that’s the goal. Well done, guys. |
28/07/2017 | Sarah | 9 | Better exercise images and instructions |
28/07/2017 | James | 10 | Have been very happy with the support and advice from Lisa. She has tailored my physio plan perfectly, helping me recover far quicker than I anticipated. She is very personable and easy to work with. |
28/07/2017 | Jessi | 8 | Great service, and a super-convenient location. Enrico has worked wonders so far! |
16/06/2017 | Jyoti Ramchand | 10 | I was referred to Amy Ryan, one of the physiotherapist by my neuro surgeon. I took an instant liking to her. She is very pleasant, patient and instructs each exercise very well. She makes me repeat each exercise several times to ensure I am doing them correctly. At the end of each session she follows up with an email illustrating these exercises. I have one more session with her and will definitely miss going to her. Everyone in this clinic is very friendly. I am so glad my neuro surgeon referred me to this place. |
18/05/2017 | Carol Spiers | 8 | Very professional …..would recommend you to a friend. |
18/05/2017 | J | 10 | Very happy with my dealings thus far. |
20/04/2017 | Emma Farquharson | 9 | Aziz is great and very clear about my exercises. All good. Many thanks and lets hope that it works! |
20/04/2017 | Adam Fulrath | 10 | I’m impressed at the progress I’m making with Lisa. She brings a knowledge and creates a confidence that will get me in much better shape. |
19/04/2017 | CM | 10 | Aziz super helpful, good manner, thorough |
19/04/2017 | james done | 1 | You never have appointments available at the times i want across the entire LONDON network!!!! My back got damaged further by not being able to have treatment.
I think you are greedy as a company- you need to be more flexible with customers as there is little value in your business to a paying private health individual. |
19/04/2017 | Tracey Lloyd | 10 | Lisa Arthurs is fab! |
19/04/2017 | Sarah | 10 | Alex has been brilliant. |
29/03/2017 | ksreviews | 10 | Azeez at Purple was great – the range of exercises and treatments offered, plus very clear communication at all times was much appreciated. Thanks for getting me back to better, Azeez! |
27/03/2017 | Lorrene Tin | 10 | I liked how Azeez blended acupuncture into the mix of the treatment. Along with the pilates pointers and work on my back I felt it was very good having such a diverse approach of methods. |
27/03/2017 | Mark Dainty | 10 | Friendly, efficient and good practical advice throughout treatment. |
25/03/2017 | Mel B | 10 | Great service from initial enquiry through to booking seeing the therapist – really satisfied. |
24/03/2017 | Victor Rosenthal | 10 | Azeez has been very helpful in helping me overcome my back problem. |
24/03/2017 | Hadi Taheri-Dlaviz | 10 | Fantastic service |
03/03/2017 | Sam Stansfield | 9 | Not a big deal but it would be good to compare (and share with me) my problem with patients who have suffered a similar problem to see how long their recovery took etc. |
21/02/2017 | Emma | 10 | Alex Howard’s has been AMAZING. Can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done. He’s completely fixed my knee (twice) and currently fixing my back (which a previous physio tried to fix for months and failed). He’s very professional and has given me great advice and exercises to do which have helped enormously. He’s also a lovely chap, very friendly and my appointment is always a pleasure! Would definitely recommend him to others (actually already has and she sees him now too!) |
27/01/2017 | Andrew L | 8 | Convenient appointments, and Alex has been very helpful to date |
20/01/2017 | Richard | 8 | The location of the clinic is great, the only negative, is the size of the treatment rooms. Feel very enclosed but then again the clinic is on Fleet street and again incredibly convenient for those working in town. |
20/01/2017 | orlando isernia | 10 | Polite entrance well spoken easy to follow and very happy personal good physio. |
20/01/2017 | Rohan Servand | 10 | I had a consultation session but had to wait a few days for the first treatment session. I wish that consultation session could have been more about treatment as I was in a lot of pain at the time. But my experience was nonetheless fantastic. |
29/12/2016 | Ileana konialidis | 10 | Azeez was great – so professional, and very knowledgable. |
24/12/2016 | Bijal | 10 | Alex has been very professional, caring and considerate. After having a few sessions I have a very clear understanding of the cause of my pain and how to overcome this. I have received a few exercise tips and after implementing my condition has improved. I also learned how important exercise is for my wellbeing. I have received great guidance and treatment for my injury. Alex has always done his utmost to be flexible in scheduling sessions and accommodating of my work schedule. I am very satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend Alex. |
20/12/2016 | Jamila | 8 | The treatment is good, the sessions are a bit short (30 minutes) |
19/12/2016 | Darren | 10 | With the excellent treatment & advice I’ve received from Alex , my injury has recovered rapidly. |
19/12/2016 | Anne Dugenetay | 10 | Very professional, genuine and caring. |
19/12/2016 | Tara | 9 | Better updates re treatment plan/next steps – could include in the next booking email or something? |
08/12/2016 | Craig | 10 | PurplePhysio have been exceptional and have exceeded my expectations on all levels. I have to give huge credit to Azeez Ajibola – he was not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable and friendly and welcoming which made all our sessions an enjoyable experience. My ITB Syndrome is no longer an issue and thanks to Azeez I am back training and loving it. Thank you Azeez and PurplePhysio – you guys rock! |
17/11/2016 | Tom Nooth-Cooper | 9 | Always punctual and efficient. Overall happy. |
15/11/2016 | Angela Samuel | 10 | I learnt more about the structure of my body and to maximize the benefits of exercises to improve posture and reduce pain. |
15/11/2016 | Aliss | 10 | Alex is great, seems to always know what he’s talking about and has a solution to everything – makes you realise you don’t have to be stuck with pain, it can be easily fixed! |
15/11/2016 | Simon Jee | 10 | Prior to my sessions at Purple Physio,I had several appointments with an NHS physio. The difference between the two treatments were huge. Without dismissing the NHS who provided me with a plan of exercises to do at home,my experience at Purple Physio, under the guidance of Mr.Azeez Ajibola, was more detailed and hands on. I feel I better understand the root causes of my injury, and the exercises needed to repair the damage. I now have a more detailed exercise routine ahead, and have a very realistic opportunity to recover from my injury, and prevent its re-occurence in the future. |
15/11/2016 | Alexandra | 10 | Great experience |
15/11/2016 | Emma | 10 | I’ve seen other physios and for me, Alex has been by far the best. Really can’t fault my experience so far. |
18/10/2016 | Charlotte | 8 | Alex is great – has been very knowledgeable, friendly and clear guidance on treatment.
However facilities are less than ideal for a physio centre – 4th floor, no lift with an ankle injury!! |
17/10/2016 | KS | 8 | My physio therapist, Azeez, is friendly and very professional. He listens to my condition very carefully and explains me well what is causing the problem and how to improve it. I am very happy with the progress. |
17/10/2016 | Mark | 10 | Alex is great. Takes time to explain what is going on which is great. He took the time to find out what I want to get back to do after my injury abates |
17/10/2016 | Lauren Abrahmsohn | i was so well looked after and treated. Amy was my physiotherapist and she identified the issue immediately and provided exactly the right program and treatment and the issue is very much on the mend. i am very grateful and would recommend this practise to anyone! xx
17/10/2016 | John O’Toole | 9 | The fit out of the office is pretty poor, feels a bit grimy especially when on the Kings Road.
Azeez is a really nice guy and gives people confidence with his knowledge and easy manner. |
17/10/2016 | BG | 8 | Very good so far. Slight language barrier with Enrico at first consultation . |
17/10/2016 | FREDDIE AUTON | 8 | Emma is great at queens club location |
10/10/2016 | Ade Fowler | 10 | Alex at finchley has done an awesome job helping with my frozen shoulder – avoiding surgery when we thought it was on the cards – we had 3 weeks to avoid it and did. posted thanks on Facebook (but wasnt timelined so dont think it shows). Cheers Ade
clinic Finchley. sports – ultras and Ironman. |
17/09/2016 | Tracy Sambrook | 8 | Physio clearly very experienced. Didn’t feel as if always prep’d for the session which meant 5 of 30 minutes spent re-capping. However quality of treatment thereafter has been very good and I’m recovering. |
13/09/2016 | juan | 1 | very rushed session and no follow up. I was told id be contacted within a week and only heard back weeks later |
13/09/2016 | Sav Perumal | 7 | Please improve your system for sending appointments to patients’ emails automatically – especially for follow-up sessions |
25/08/2016 | John Coxon | 5 | Too early to say at this stage, because my injury has not yet responded to treatment. |
25/07/2016 | Andy F | 10 | Very professional, pay attention to detail, make good notes so I don’t have to explain the same problem multiple times. |
25/07/2016 | Andy | 10 | Ed Thomson is a big loss to Purple |
22/07/2016 | Jake | 10 | Very easy to get appointment. Azeez was excellent! Talked me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Very friendly, very professional and obviously really know what he I doing! Highly recommend. |
22/07/2016 | Pip Beasley | 9 | Good experience with Emma Wrath; shame about the building Purple Physio is based in. I appreciate it is cost and location though. |
23/06/2016 | Anish | 9 | A small thing. Please can you add google calendar to emails as they go to my personal address. I know you use ics for windows but this is no good for my personal email.
Kirsten who is my physiotherapist is very good. Understand the issues and sympathetic to the pain and how to treat it. Massage really helps target and relive pain as its specific not like a general massage. Very friendly atmosphere which makes you feel comfortable. Great service. |
22/06/2016 | Rebecca | 10 | Aziz has been a fantastic help through my recovery with very personalised treatment and advice. |
22/06/2016 | Fiona Love | 10 | Emma has done great work! |
22/06/2016 | Anna Chudy | 10 | I really appreciate the friendly and firm approach … always good to see a friendly face when you are in pain and always good to have firm treatment and steady build up of exercises to get you better. |
22/06/2016 | Kate Turner | 10 | Ed is really lovely and has been really helpful. |
31/05/2016 | Sarei | 9 | N/A |
26/05/2016 | Mark L | 10 | Excellent sessions with Kristyn Earl, she is knowledgeable and professional. A great physio |
26/05/2016 | Judy Dunne | 1 | Firstly you do not make it clear that your Fleet street office is just a rented space as part of a larger physio so it took ages to fine.
Secondly the physio herself (Emma)was not very good and she gave me a very light, basic treatment but also then didn’t make it at all clear what her diagnosis was. I had to ask her. She was rarely available and then tells me that she only works at Fleet street part time – hardly convenient to get my second appointment a few weeks later. I didn’t return as it was just a very poor treatment and a bad experience all round. My colleague also went there (to Emma) and had a similar experience. I subsequently see a different physio and was given a very good treatment on my first session and feel much better. Really disappointing and hope this feedback helps. |
26/05/2016 | xyz | 8 | I would appreciate to understand the treatment plan and also at what point I should stop doing the sessions. currently, I am going from a session to a session (which are great, by the way), but I wonder where I am and how much longer I should do the sessions |
26/05/2016 | Susannah Upton | 9 | Great team, Kirsty has been amazing. giving me some good exercises to do at home. very happy with my progress |
29/04/2016 | Shakti | 9 | My physio sessions with Kristyn have been really helpful. Initially I was not quite sure of how effective physiotherapy would be for my back/ shoulder pain. However the results have been amazing and I could feel the improvement after just a couple of sessions. The stiffness and pain has reduced substantially now and it feels so much better. Thank you Kristyn. |
29/04/2016 | Kathryn | 7 | Each time I need a new appointment I have to call up as my physio is unable to book it as the system blocks her. This is time consuming and annoying, but perhaps to do with my health cover? But either way the system doesn’t quite link together |
28/04/2016 | Susan | 8 | In fact I’ve actually never been been to a physio before, so have no basis for comparison, but Kristyn (my physiotherapist) is lovely, relaxed and friendly and seems to know her stuff well, the original problem (achilles tendon issues) that was being treated seems to be improving, which is very welcome. The organisation, bookings, outlook appointments were very efficient, and follow up emails with exercise info. were extremely useful. |
28/04/2016 | Gavin Hilton | 10 | Ms Kendal Scales. Rock star. |
27/04/2016 | George Bryden | 9 | Very professional and plan for the future |
27/04/2016 | Simon Weaver | 10 | I found the physio sessions very helpful, definitely have less tension, no recurrence of headaches and better posture as a result and exercises are easy to remember and follow – thanks Krysten! |
27/04/2016 | TIM | 7 | I was very impressed with Kristyn’s treatment both application and the range of exercises and physio she provided. If I do need to make another insurance claim I would ask for Kristyn or Claire but previously I was told by my insurer that Purple Physio only allocate insurance claims to who is available at time of first referral. If this is right, I would be disappointed . |
27/04/2016 | Paul Conroy | 9 | All good, problem sorted and Emma knew exactly what she was doing |
27/04/2016 | Jane | 9 | I think Marta Kinsella montes is great!
I wish that there was an ultra sound machine at purple physio because I have heard that it works very well from people who have had this treatment |
27/04/2016 | Bianka | 10 | Today I saw Azeez and I was happy with the consultation, seemed to know what he is talking about. |
27/04/2016 | AAA | 8 | NA |
27/04/2016 | Anna | 9 | Emma was great, really friendly and put me at ease. She was a good listener and understood what I needed. I feel so much better after my 5 sessions. I wish I could go every week! |
27/04/2016 | Michael Harris | 10 | Kendall is brilliant! |
27/04/2016 | Delyth | 0 | Not good service at all. I wasn’t a text book case with classic symptoms, so after 4 sessions for £180 you decided there was nothing more you could do for me. |
27/04/2016 | Tina | 9 | All good, very happy with the physio. Already improving |
04/04/2016 | Tasleem Malleck-Amode | 9 | I feel if the some of the sessions were longer that would have benefit me more. |
17/03/2016 | Maritina | 10 | Kirstyn is phenomenal. She’s the sole reason I’m able to run the Paris marathon in April! |
16/03/2016 | Kaleigh | 5 | The Physios I have had were excellent however I’m still waiting for a call back from the company to extend my treatment. I’ve been waiting for two weeks now and nothing. |
16/03/2016 | Mario diaz | 2 | I started to receive fisio treatment because of a pain in my lower back and neck. In the 2 months I was attending weekly revision I never received any massage or treatment only a list of exercises to do at home. Tired of no any progression I had to find another fisio. |
16/03/2016 | Paul Robinson | 7 | Its too difficult to get appointments in Harley Street and your other locations are not convenient for me |
16/03/2016 | Adam | 10 | Kendall is fantastic |
16/03/2016 | T Halston | 8 | nothing material of which to comment |
16/03/2016 | Victoria North | 7 | I was not impressed with the first physio I saw, Pauline. She was a pleasant person but did not present in professional manner, for example she did not wear work appropriate clothes. She also did not email me with her advised exercises. Kirstyn, my new physio is highly professional, looks the part and has followed up by emailing me her exercises. I am also not impressed with the reception desk team who are either not present or do not look up from their screens when visitors arrive. This is unwelcoming and unprofessional. |
18/02/2016 | Paula | 8 | Frustration initially trying to book an appointment through my private healthcare provider who approved the treatment over the telephone and told to me to book an appointment retrospectively, but this was declined by the receptionist as she had not received a computer file. Despite several calls by me between the two the receptionist was very unhelpful in finding a quick resolution to help.
Great treatment from my physiotherapist who gives very personal and thoughtful treatment. |
16/02/2016 | Kat | 5 | It would be good to have more female physios. As the only one you have works in the evenings, and I had wanted to come in the daytime. |
16/02/2016 | Elliott Bryan-Bentley | 10 | Emma Rath demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring that I could get back on my feet as long as I followed the stretching regime that I was supplied with when I commenced my course of physiotherapy. I am pleased to say that after being permitted to engage in light running activities I have gradually been able to build upon these sessions over the last month until the stage where I am able to run consistently for a full hour. This simply wasn’t possible when I first tore my hamstring. |
16/02/2016 | Sarah Diplock | 9 | Just a note that i’ve not been receiving my exercises after my sessions, other than that all going well! |
16/02/2016 | James | 10 | Excellent. An intelligent, sympathetic and proactive approach to finding a remedy that fitted in with my lifestyle. |
16/02/2016 | Charlie | 9 | Very happy with treatment. |
16/02/2016 | Anonymous | 5 | Instructions for exercises sent by e-mail are clear and helpful but the whole treatment package feels rather more standardized than bespoke. I never received a proper diagnosis and from experience at other physios the caliber feels a lot lower here. On the plus staff are very friendly and helpful. |
16/02/2016 | Fire Monkey | 7 | You promote the app and I down loaded it, but it doesn’t work. That’s poor. |
16/02/2016 | Luke Hasty | 10 | Lots of stairs! Might be worth a sign at the bottom before injured people embark on the journey. |
16/01/2016 | Fiona | 10 | My physiotherapist Kendall was fantastic! I was in alot of pain and completely off-balance from the damage to my back. She listened to my concerns over my condition and was a friend during a really difficult time. I was in so much pain in my back when I first went to see Kendall and by the end of my treatments I walked out of Purple Physio feeling like a new person. The care during my treatment was excellent, the exercises were manageable and I always had Kendall to call if ever I needed help. |
14/01/2016 | Richard | 10 | Very flexible appointment times and locations and a treatment plan tailored to my needs. |
14/01/2016 | Elllemieke Van Laere | 9 | The only thing I would say is that your practice in Harley Street is very hard to find, the names don’t correspond (Purple Physio vs Six Physio). The first time I came to the practice I got lost in the building as I didn’t know what floor you were on and had to ask several people who told me there was a physio on the second floor, but Purple Physio did not ring a bell. My physio Kendall is superb though, she diagnosed my problem during the first visit, has given me very good exercises and I’m almost pain free again! |
20/12/2015 | Matt | 9 | Made to feel at ease. Good combination of diagnosis, treatment and education to address my issue. |
14/12/2015 | Clayton Wilks | Continue doing the good job employing good physiotherapist like ms Kendall to help
Clients with various injuries. |

14/12/2015 | Fraser Geddes | 10 | Emma is fantastic |
10/11/2015 | Natalie Seebeck | 10 | I wonder why your appointments are so short, and if it was possible to book double appts/longer appointments? I feel like we only get started, and then im out the door. |
10/11/2015 | Martin | 9 | great staff, nice atmosphere, very professional |
10/11/2015 | Richard | 9 | Delightful people |
10/11/2015 | Charlotte Brown | 10 | The whole team at Leadenhall have been extremely helpful and informative with my injuries and rehab plan and are always on the end of the phone or email, if I have any questions regarding my current treatment. A special mention to the following physios: Rachel Whittaker, Helen Cooke, Neil Smith for their reassurance and guideance that I will be back running soon! |

12/10/2015 | James Chambers | 10 | Great staff, great facilities |
16/09/2015 | Jan Radwan-Kuzelewski | 9 | Although I only had three sessions and have seen no major improvement to date, Sarah and Tim handled them with great professionalism and I’m sure that the work they did will pay dividends in the long run. |
16/09/2015 | LESIA FISHER | 9 | I was very pleased with my Physio Pauline who was calm and thorough and explained the exercise nice and clearly would recommend her. |

11/08/2015 | Angela Appleford | 10 | Excellent physio. Explains everything and very encouraging. |
11/08/2015 | Rachel Wild | 10 | Fantastic service from Helen. Useful to receive personalised plan and app reminder to email. Very quick turnaround on getting initial app. Waiting for more to be approved now through Pru Health |
11/08/2015 | Adrian Scottow | 8 | Very good Physio – the office is a little shabby though |
11/08/2015 | Harriet | 10 | After visiting a different physio a few times I was starting to think my knee would never improve, and then I went to Purple Physio. The treatment was excellent and everything was explained perfectly. With the excercises and treatment I received, I am now on the mend and I feel confident that I will be back to normal in no time! |
11/08/2015 | John | 9 | Katie Hill has been very professional and helpful in helping diagnose the problem with my shoulder and coming up with an exercise plan to strengthen it. |
03/08/2015 | Julia George | 9 | My physiotherapist, Katie Hill took over from the first therapist to see me (who moved to another location) without missing a beat and has since been wonderful in trying to sort me out – so both on an individual level and as a company, Purple Physio has performed for me |
13/07/2015 | Mark | 10 | Superb from claim, to introduction to treatment. Helen deserves credit, superb physio at Leadenhall Street. |
13/07/2015 | VR | 10 | I think sessions should be a bit longer |
13/07/2015 | FS | 9 | Having used a physio through my insurance, I would like to be able to book with the same physio for ad hoc appointments. Currently this is not available. |
13/07/2015 | Kim-Eirik Ovesen | 8 | My therapist is very good |
13/07/2015 | Andy kenyon | 9 | Excellent service, sorted my back right out |
15/06/2015 | SARA MACGILLIVRAY | 9 | EXCELLENT – HELEN, MY PHYSIO IS AMAZING. KEEP UP THE BRILLIANT WORK GUYS. |
15/06/2015 | Ed | 9 | Your booking system has something wrong with it – the email confirmation always says that my appointment is one hour earlier than it actually is. |
15/06/2015 | Robert Chalk | 9 | I think I was a fairly standard case of muscle spasm but was vary happy with the standard of care and professionalism that I received |
10/06/2015 | Cam | 10 | Helen was extremely well qualified and professional and I could not recommended Purple Physio more highly. You need look no further for any of your Physio needs. |
01/06/2015 | Nuala Hewitt | 9 | I had great care from Kendall. Not only is she profesonal but also very friendly and put me at ease straight away. She offered great advice and also emailed the exercises across. |
29/05/2015 | Helen | 7 | Bring your foreign therapists up to date on UK practices / systems |
27/05/2015 | Jeff A | 9 | Helen is really good |
27/05/2015 | James Kerr | 8 | I have been satisfied with the treatment received and the treatment plan. Unfortunately they have not corrected the problem but I remain optimistic! |
27/05/2015 | Alexander Keith | 9 | Kendall has been the best physiotherapist I have seen to date and am seeing weekly progress. Her friendly but professional manner is excellent and all communications including exercise programmes are promptly received. I would highly recommend Purple Physio in future. |
27/05/2015 | Arvinder | 10 | Very impressed with the treatment I have received so far. Physiotherapist excellent and would not hesitate recommending to others. |
20/05/2015 | Anne Wright | 10 | I was very impressed by both Dawn Hunt and Ben Marsh: diagnosis and judgment, advice and exercises, excellent massage, and excellent communication with the patient (me) – not to mention patience! |
11/05/2015 | Jayne | 10 | Great service and will definitely recommend to others. |
11/05/2015 | Camilla Walter | 8 | Really good treatment and very clear in terms of how I could improve by way of exercise at home. Not that impressed with the venue of the treatment rooms in Monument. Top floor of very old building with poor lift and looked very tired. |
11/05/2015 | Jon | 10 | Helen was excellent. |
08/05/2015 | Brian | 9 | I found the balance of on-the-day treatments and follow-up exercises was just right. My immediate pain was relieved with appropriate exercises aim to strengthen core strength for the longer term |
08/05/2015 | Rebecca | 10 | Helen was really good at explaining what the cause of my problem was and how each exercise helped adjust it which was great as it made sense and helped motivate me to do the exercises as I could see the clear value. |
08/05/2015 | Cali Taylor | 10 | My physio (Helen) went above and beyond to help me when I was in severe pain and couldn’t move! Couldn’t have asked for more.
Throughout my series of treatments she was both friendly and helpful, she discussed all the options and talked everything through with me to help me better understand my body! |
08/05/2015 | Maria | 9 | Dawn Hunt was brilliant but she has sadly left now. My treatment will continue and I am very hopeful that her replacement will be just as good 🙂 |
07/05/2015 | Tom | 8 | Dawn was a really good physio. The only issue was lack of communication around bookings – particularly a cancelled booking which wasn’t communicated – but I guess the cost saving comes from having a virtual receptionist. |
07/05/2015 | H | 6 | M physio (Emma Wrath) is good. I do feel the overall service is slightly anonymous though. I think reception, meet and greet etc. could be more friendly. |
06/05/2015 | Jennifer | 10 | Helen worked extremely well with my 13 yr old daughter. She really understood the sports injury from Netball and how to fix it. |
06/05/2015 | Tom | 10 | My physio was brilliant |
06/05/2015 | jp | 9 | Dawn did the job! |
06/05/2015 | Emma | 10 | I hadn’t been able to walk without pain for 3 months after tearing my collateral ligaments in my left ankle. After a few sessions with purple I am now fully recovered and pain free. |
06/05/2015 | Tom Roberts | 10 | Excellent professional service |
06/05/2015 | Yolanda | 10 | I am deeply satisfied with the treatment I received at Purple Physio and my doctor was very nice and would always answer all my questions with detailed explanations. |
06/05/2015 | Ricqesh | 9 | Quality advice and treatment. |
05/12/2014 | Mohammed | 1 | Physio did not diagnose my knee problem accurately. She gave me exercises which exacerbated pain. Problem was excess fluid and no excercises should have been prescribed until fluid had been removed from my knee. |
05/12/2014 | James Vernon | 9 | all fine. nice, clean and professional practice in Fulham |
05/12/2014 | Mr. Shahid Mahmood | 10 | Helen Cooke helped me through all the way. Thank you so much to Helen and the Purple Physio. I would strongly recommend to everyone. |

22/10/2014 | Mark Dainty | 9 | Once through the Six Physio / Purple Physio issue with the insurer it has been great. |
22/10/2014 | Keighley Arber | 9 | My physio has been very good at showing me exercises to complete, stretches and how to help inflammation before and after sport. She is very professional and uses our appointment time wisely in order for me to get the most out of each session. |
22/10/2014 | Edmond Flack | 8 | Onward referral greatly appreciated |
22/10/2014 | Lucy Gregson | 8 | The physio I see is really helpful. |
16/09/2014 | Darren Winnard | 9 | Very happy with the treatment and service I received from Ben. Great advice and support given in a relaxed, friendly environment. Will definitely use Ben & Purple Physio for any future physio requirements! |
12/09/2014 | Lorraine Williams | 7 | I was asked to rearrange my appointment and called to do this. However, I don’t think my message was passed on and I had to call again, in order for this to be actioned. So for reception to follow up on calls more quickly. |
11/09/2014 | eric ewer | 8 | no just very helpful and efficient |
10/09/2014 | Robert Murrant | 7 | Appointments felt a little rushed. 30 minutes just. Sometimes finished five mins early. Although, pleasant and friendly staff and support staff. Treatments, unless via a company are expensive, despite the City location. |
30/07/2014 | Collette Wisener-Keating | 10 | Everyone has been delightful, friendly and helpful. The surroundings are good quality and availability of appointments at suitable times has also been good. Great job! |
30/07/2014 | Diana Cooper | 8 | First time I have had physio and completely satified with the results – Not only was my neck issue resolved but I was taught how to avoid repeating the problem. Plus everyone was friendly and I was seen immediately. |
30/07/2014 | Joanna Lamontagne | 10 | Caitlin (my physio) was fantastically supportive throughout our sessions talking me through the process and explaining symptoms and causes in depth. Would highly recommend! |
30/07/2014 | Rebecca hills | 9 | no issue for me ,but not having the lift working could be an issue for some people
the person i saw was great, sorry that she has left and gone to hong kong |
30/07/2014 | charles wootton | 8 | Never had an email confirming appts |
30/07/2014 | yasmin ali | 8 | I was unclear on what treatment I was supposed to understake when I left my session, maybe something in written format would be useful. |
30/07/2014 | Sarah Davies | 7 | I can’t really provide a huge deal of feedback as I initally came to see you regarding what I thought was a bruised bone and then turned out to be a fractured fibula, which mean I bascially stopped coming while my leg recovered.
In the few times I visited I thought the treatment I received was good, and the physio realised the bone was probably more damaged than my dotor had thought. |
30/07/2014 | Bernard Benn | 7 | I had my treatment in February. since then I have had major surgery as the initial diagnosis by the doctors was wrong. Rather than sending out questionaires you should phone former patiennts and see how they are. |
24/07/2014 | tuesday | 5 | the receptionist that booked me in was amazing |
